How To Measure Dimensions of A Refrigerator For Your Space
The Dimensions of your space and the refrigerator are very vital to its' application. You want both measurements to be very close, with no more than a quarter inch gap on the sides and top. Here is a diagram to help.

Height - Measure from the floor to the bottom of whatever is over the refrigerator space, i.e. (cabinet, ceiling, etc.). Be sure to measure along the corner of the wall; follow the arrows in the example, this will ensure for an accurate measurement.Depth - Measure from the wall to how ever far out you wish your refrigerator to stick out. Follow the arrows in the diagram for an accurate measure. The depth is totally up to you. If you don’t mind the fridge sticking out further than your cabinets you can get any depth, just make sure you have clearance to open the refrigerator doors to their full potential. Built-in - For a built-in fridge I would strongly suggest not attempting this yourself. This is too expensive of a job to prolong it, or damage something.
